It’s well known that the Armed Forces provide you with the opportunity to learn a wide range of invaluable skills and expertise as part of an elite group, and many of these skills are absolutely crucial within the civilian world.

Like the Armed Forces, commitment, discipline, integrity, loyalty and respect are all highly valued at Eddie Stobart. Much of our success comes from our ability to work as one large, high performance team, just like in the British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force or Royal Marines. We actively encourage applications from service leavers, so if you’re looking for the next step in your career, contact us today to find out more.

DCPC training is carried out in-house at our unique training academy. Read more about DCPC training.

During that time he served in the first gulf war from 1990 - 91, a tour with the UN in Bosnia, a NATO tour of duty in the former Yugoslavia, two tours of Iraq, an emergency tour of the Falklands and a tour of Germany.

Armed Forces Covenant

We’ve always held a strong relationship with the Ministry of Defence and the signing of our Armed Forces Covenant has further reinforced our commitment to working with and providing support to the Armed Forces. You can read our Armed Covenant here.

Employer Recognition Scheme

Under the government's Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, Eddie Stobart has been re-awarded our silver award for supporting the reserve forces. We formally made our commitment in July 2013 to champion the value of publicly recognising employer support for reservists.
