The site is fully accredited to ISO 9001:2008 storage and distribution standards and operates using our own and customer warehouse management systems which allow for real time transactions and traceability.
St Helens is a customer site operating 16 hours per day, 5 days per week and can offer a flexible solution to ambient requirements. The site can handle all types of equipment from standard palletised goods through to roll cage and semi pallet equivalents allowing for a flexible solution that can be tailored to customers’ needs. With case pick and full board picking taking place across the operation customers can benefit from a multi skilled and trained workforce on site.
The site also runs a comprehensive rework facility which caters to the demands of the customer and enables a JIT operation for several manufacturing sites to consolidate their rework for one end user.
