We pride ourselves on a job well done and we recognise that our success depends fully on the quality of our people. Our goal is to keep Eddie Stobart Logistics a great place to work, and so we live by our five core values.

Our mentality is that of ‘one team’; we take the time to understand our employees and draw on their experience to proudly maintain a culture of collaboration. We take responsibility for our actions and always lead by example, acting in the best interests of our employees and customers. When things do go wrong we hold up our hands and work hard to put it right. We believe, too, in having fun; recognising our achievements and celebrating when we’ve done a good job.

The values we live by

Openness and honesty

We draw on our huge depth and breadth of expertise to make sure we can be the best in what we do by working collaboratively as one team.

Trust and respect

We take the time to understand and listen to our colleagues and customers. We lead by example by keeping things simple, setting clear goals and achieving them.

Compassion

We’re genuine and sincere and show consideration by supporting others when they need it most. We take personal responsibility for all our actions.

Integrity

We put our employees and customers first and act in their best interests. When things go wrong, as they will from time to time, we’ll hold our hands up and work to put it right.

Fun

We like to enjoy ourselves too, we celebrate when we’ve done a good job and we recognise the achievements of our people.
